I was the digital marketing lead for all products and events produced by Forte Markets and the LT&I Institute, and market for a global audience, from the UK, US, and EU to EMEA, APAC, and China. I was contracted to build the LT&I brand and created the marketing framework for the company.

Rendeur Pte Ltd (now rebranded Hashtaqs) is an SME based in Singapore. Rendeur is a small marketing consultancy, specializing in digital transformation for small & traditional businesses.

We produced & hosted a yearly conference, mainly targeted at female entrepreneurs & small business owners in south east asia. I helped launch a full day virtual summit, monthly business networking panel sessions, as well as 2 small-scale business conferences in Singapore & Malaysia with nearly 800 attendees.

The only reason I left the company was because I was moving to the UK.

I co-founded Diceroll Studios at age 21, eventually leaving the company to pursue my marketing degree.

Diceroll Studios sold & published our game with Devolver Digital, and between 2015/2017, was one of the most watched indie games on the market. It now available on Steam and all mobile marketplaces.

I developed the core concepts of the game, from gameplay to creative direction.

Wander was a Singapore-based tech startup which created the app Wander: The Best Communities in Your City.

It was founded by tech entrepreneur, Krystal Choo. The company & app closed early 2018, but you can still find publications on the app online.

I worked directly with Krystal, who was named one of Asia's most influential CMOs & Social Media Influencers.

Accepted into the SUTD x GAMBIT (MIT) Game Development Project Management Internship.

Our client for the project was OCBC - FRANK Division, creating a mobile game concept around financial literacy, and I led our team to develop a gorgeous minimalist puzzle game, with core concepts around saving, investing,and other key financial concepts.

Our game & concept won Best in Cohort, as judged by industry leaders, Ubisoft.

Responsibilities

  • Daily scheduling & updates on the project management excel, to ensure that the team is organised & focussed
  • Producing presentations & reports for bi-weekly client updates
  • Scheduling & executing QA & play testing sessions to assess the quality of the game
  • Collecting & analysing feedback from QA & play testing sessions, turning raw data & feedback into usable & actionable tasks for developers

Ubisoft is one of the largest & most prominent game developers & publishers in the world - having IPs that would later become Hollywood Blockbusters (Prince of Persia, starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Assassin's Creed, starring Michael Fassbender), and continue to produce and release industry defining titles.

I joined the company, first as QA Intern & later as QA Assistant.  

Working with Ghost Recon Phantoms, deep in early GaaS - I was given opportunities to pitch new monetisation & community development ideas to our producers.

Responsibilities

  • Managed Project Documentation, including maintenance of developer game wiki on Confluence
  • Responsible for AGILE software testing, running daily tests on functionality & content on a live project (at its peak in 2014, we had over 200K daily players, and the top F2P Shooters on Steam)
  • Facilitated software JIRA tracking & reporting, publishing weekly build status reports for the entire GRP development team
  • Responsible for team sprint reporting, generating weekly reports for the Content QA team and delivering the report to our ChengDu Chinese counterparts

Achievements

  • Created textures & graphics for the game, which were later monetised and generated 10% of total game revenue
  • Helped produce the Ghost Recon Phantoms 1st year birthday skin & cosmetic pack - working together with the product & community marketing team
